Good morning ladies, Preferential day has finally arrived. We know the process has taken a toll. We are tired too but have worked really hard to provide you a glimpse of our sisterhoods. We hope this week you have made friends with your fellow PNMs. We went through this process too before joining our chapters so we are aware that very few of you had a "so called perfect" recruitment experience. This is our hope for you today. Whether you have a full schedule or just one house to visit go with a full heart. Some of you may be disappointed with the chapters that invited you back but prefs will be the longest visit and the best opportunity to really get to know us. Many women will tell you preferential night had such an impact on them and I am sure it will on you too. Some of you might be really tempted to withdraw upon seeing your invitations today. I would encourage you to go through the process as many people who were dead set on a house OR set against one (in some cases) had a real change of heart at this round. Best of luck to you all, we are waiting with open arms and hearts to welcome you into our sisterhoods.
