Every year you’ll get about 300/400 girls going through recruitment who will end up being dropped or dropping themselves. I would say half of these girls are simply overlooked by the masses of women who are rushing. The houses have a massive job, and it’s pretty easy to mess up sometimes One piece of advice I would have is to wear something that stands out. Whether it’s a statement necklace or a nail/lip color, do something that will make it easier for the girl you are talking to to put a name to a face. You can do this especially much easier in round 2/3 when you’re wearing your own clothes. You can also keep your social media open, as it kinda all helps your “brand image” and having them recognize you more easily. Although it may be a mutual selection process, largely recruitment is left up to the sororities, and you should do everything you can to put your best foot forward and let your personality shine through as much as you can :)
