Sorry for not sugar coating it but you’re an idiot if you think 3 days before recruitment a chapter is gonna memorize you as a legacy. They’ve already learned their legacies by now. Don’t even bring it up during rush because 1. The legacy policy doesn’t apply if the form isn’t filled out 2. The house will think you’re either stupid or don’t care about them since you didn’t submit the form
