The top fraternities are ATO, EX, Beta, SAE, and Phi Delt. People will constantly try to differentiate these houses and split them up within the top tier, but it all honestly just comes down to the preference of the person ranking. You can ask someone and they will tell you Phi Delt is their unquestioned favorite and that they are the best, while that same person will tell you they wouldn’t be caught dead hanging out at ATO. Just my $.02 after seeing some of these posts and the bashing/attempts at separating what some of y’all consider the top houses
