There’s a website that says Gamma phi’s new house will cost over $10 million. Another website says Pi Kappa’s new house will cost a little over $4 million. Looking at the two houses, it doesn’t look like Gamma Phi’s house is two and a half times the size of Pi Kappa’s house. Can anyone explain the huge cost difference?
