TBH I don't understand how no one has recognized this yet but unless something catastrophic happens like a top tier gets kicked off of campus, THE RANKINGS DON'T CHANGE!!!! Literally, a bottom tier can do anything to become mid tier but they will stay at the bottom. Same goes for mid tier they can do anything to reach the top but they won't get there. Everyone knows a DZ was freakin Miss University of Florida last year but guess what DZ's ranking didn't budge. SK got a new house and guess what their ranking didn't go up either. The list goes on but reality is top tiers will stay at the top and bottom tiers will stay at the bottom. That doesn't mean chapters should stop accomplishing things, please by all means still chase after achievements but stop bashing other chapters thinking that's going to change the rankings because it won't.
