they've both had so many additions they're not really small anymore, just old. also I think sororities' nationals decide when rebuilds happen so even if they're looking good comparatively, if nationals think it's time for a rebuild, it happens. I agree that they look better than a lot of houses though- ZTA and DG are both really nice on the inside too.
