I personally see this will be the ranks in 5 years. Guys do not prefer zta, ddd and dg. The only reason is these sororitys have a reputation of being easy. That is all. Phi delt is not that great. I do not consider that house at top tier at all. Machi top tier yes. DG got dethroned because they got sleazy. Period. They have a long way to get back into the top three.
