Pi Kapp is probably the only one that is improved tbh. Sig Ep got Kappa, but that's because they're a new fraternity and other sororities want to see what they're about. If anything Kappa went down, and AXO went up b/c they have a better pair. Kappa Sig, we can't tell for sure yet, because a PC can be quality over quantity, like how SAE only handed out like 7 bids and 5 accepted. Having a lot of people on a spring PC doesn't automatically make them great. If they all stay and are good socially then yea they go up.
