Well I can see why you would think this, but unfortunately those grades are misleading. Some chapters don't really regard this website and don't pay to remove any negative reviews ("bottom grades"). Other chapters are concerned about their reviews and pay to delete them. ("High grades") I wish Greek rank didn't have the option to delete so we would have a more accurate idea but unfortunately that's what happens
