Theta Alpha is much bigger than phi lamb. They are both certainly a mix and are not as well organized as the Panhellenic sororities, however; you will still more than likely make some great friends there! Also if you decide to do Panhellenic rush, look into Doulos, it's a group for Greek Christians and essentially allows you to have the Christian community of Theta Alpha and Phi Lamb, but with Panhellenic letters.
