Top tier- Alpha phi, theta, Pi Phi Mid rank- DG, AXO Bottom- DZ Alpha phi and theta are top every year which is reflected in their PCs. Pi phi did amazing at recruitment this year moving them from mid tier last year to top tier. DG and AXO got very similar girls, I would normally put DG over AXO but I think AXO did well with recruitment this year. DZ had a small PC but can definitely see growth from last year.
