Spring COB happens 1-2 weeks after formal recruitment. I know DG and AXO sometimes do Spring COB but not in an open house kind of way, in a "someone in the sorority has to recommend you" way so if you don't have friends in the sorority you can ask to do that I wouldn't count on it. AXO did an open-house style COB this past fall though so they might do it again in the fall 2023 semester. DZ also does COB basically every year.
