So you get to pick where you want to go depending on the houses there are, and generally speaking they will have 1-3 rounds of parties, both open house and invite only. Then you will receive a bid. They have tried to make a designated bid day for spring and they get delivered to you, but again you have to wait for Panhel to know who is rushing and they will release a schedule. This won't be till February
