At any school with NPC sororities, they have specific rules to follow. Panhel doesn't want to make this difficult for anyone. Sororities have a specific number of PNMs they can invite back each round (based on a few factors including how in demand they have been in the past few recruitments). PNMs have the best chance of getting a bid if they "maximize their options"--go back to the maximum number of houses they can each round. The reason many PNMs don't get bids at any school is because they get their hearts set on certain houses, get cut from those houses, and decide they don't want to continue the process. Many PNMs give the whole process a chance and end up loving the house they get bid to, even if it wasn't love at first sight.
