Hello! If you are curious about joining a Greek organization at JWU, if you want to look around on here, that's fine, but just know that it's not cited or sourced nor is anyone held accountable for anything they write on this site. If you want to join any group, I recommend following @jwupvdfsl on instagram, then following the different chapters that you are interested in and all of the ones that are tagged. If you want to join a fraternity, or a multicultural organization, they recruit more informally, and you are better off reaching out to them (Yes, even on instagram) to start the process. With the Panhellenic Sororities they do a formal recruitment (AKA Rush) which is more structured and held at the beginning of the spring semester. Sophomores, transfers, juniors, and seniors are also eligible to sign up for informal recruitment (Fall 2021 is the next one). Informal recruitment looks like this for most organizations. They will hold an "Informational" which usually is a presentation about the organization and obligation and a chance to meet them. They may invite you back for an interview or something similar. Reach out to them and follow members on social media to learn more than you'll ever learn on this website that isn't even up to date.
