freshman if you're rushing in the fall there's really only 5 frats if you want the big greek life experience at iowa. not saying that greek life is big at iowa but these are your best options. Phi psi-biggest numbers and best house, only downside is expensive dues and kind of cliquey because its so big Sigep-great house and guys that throws the most parties at their house, nothing bad to say about them Sig Chi/ Alpha delt- technically new house on campus but its just the old sig chi guys, got their house back but they'll be under close watch from ifc Phi delt-not sure if they are gonna have the underground guys back in their house but if they do then they will be top because of their house being so nice Sig pi-good numbers but house is kind of a dump, only problem is that they fought with phi psi at townies last year so they don't have the best rap with other frats rn honorable mentions are pikapp, tke, beta but they're all smaller than the frats i mentioned before
