Tailgate can not be touched by the school do to it is a private entity and private contract. However, cops can come into play and end them off if you will. IFC and the school really have no role for it and sorta let it slide under the table. Frats can't really have any party's at their houses now, if they get caught social probation for 6 months and loss of recruitment. If get caught again chapter review (Aka pull the plug, see ya).
