Pi kapp - people say they’ve been falling down but they easily have the best parties and their lodges are super fun. Good looking guys who know how to party. Hang w all the tops. Fiji- moved up a lot recently have a super nice house. New guys are cool older guys are weirder but they’re gonna be gone soon. Some of them just stand on the walls at parties andnare kinda creepy which is weird but most are fun. Hang w all the tops. A sig - don’t really do a whole lot. Most guys are cool but their newer classes are kinda eh. Can be a pregame house at times but they do have some fun parties with good music. Theme parties can be really fun. Hang w all the tops. Sig nu- not as popular as the top 3 but definitely have some good parties and okay guys. Don’t really like their new house but they do okay w it. Hang w some tops (small groups from DZ Zeta chi o etc will go there) and top mids like gphi Kap sig - pretty big difference between them and the top 4. Definitely have a lot of weird guys but seem to be doing okay with their new set up. Probo definitely set them back. Had some fun theme parties but some guys are really awkward at parties especially the older ones. Hang w mostly mids like AGD or mid bottoms like kappa Acacia - also have done a little better socially but still have a lot of strange guys. House is in a bad spot. Hang w mids like Tri Delt and mid bottoms Sig pi - good House location but still seem to attract weird ass dudes. Hang w mids and bottoms Phi psi- just got back only including them bc they have a house. These are my opinions. Basically the top 3 are the biggest partiers who hang w the top sororities. Snu is mid and kap sig acacia and sig pi fight for mid/ bottom sororities.
