Membership selection is private and varies from house to house. Chapters have spreadsheets with multiple factors they vote on. Typically, you get votes each round times some number. You get votes for other things too. Everything is totaled and PNMs are listed from highest to lowest scores. Think of the college football rankings. It's kind of like that. You play games, they look at not only the number of wins you have but who you played and how well you played.
