DZ is seen as a bottom tier chapter, but I know a lot of great girls in it. Don't be focused on ranks because thats not what its about, but if you truly don't like it there I would quit before initiation because you don't want to waste your money, their time or your time. However, if I'm being truly honest and don't take this personally if your in DZ you probably don't have a chance of getting into a top or upper middle tiered chapter. If they passed on you early on chances are you have no chance of getting in, but if you made to pref you might have a chance next year and keep in mind that next year you know what they're looking for in a pnm and will be prepared. I always say look at the girls in the chapter then look at your elf honestly do you think you would fit in there, just because you think you have a great connection that doesn't mean the girl your talking to thinks the same, recruiters are supposed to make you feel that was. Keep your head up and follow your instincts.
