Each house has legacies from other houses. I know someone in our house that pref # one my house and is one of the houses you mentioned above and was a theta legacy and but put them down as her #3 choice felt a better fit in our house. And one of the response mentioned those were three excellent options that if she tried she would have enjoyed herself. Sounds like your daughter went in thinking because she was a legacy she would fit in with those houses at OSU.
