Pi phi dg and Aphi hang out with the same frats. They usually don't have any events with middle tiers. KD does some with the top but a lot of middle tier frats as well. They all party a fair amount, so I wouldn't really choose based on that. I would say dg and Aphi are a little bit rowdier than pi phi. Block pairings for next fall will probably be Pi phi - phi psi Dg - tke Alpha phi - sigma chi KD - kappa sig or delt
