i never signed a bid card because i was never extended a bid. i put one house down on that final sheet and didnt get it. if i got a bid from that house then decided it wasn't for me a few days later, then yeah i wouldve had to wait a year. for the record i greatly regret not putting all 3 houses down. i know i would have been so happy in any of the 3 but with all the talk between pnms i thought it would be embarrassing if i wasnt top tier. it is not true. 90% of the time it is better to be in greek life than not at all. in the end, it worked out for me because i got into a house eventually.
