Zta most likely will never be offered to recolonize. The reasons they were kicked off campus included hazing (when one of their pledges died) and prostitution. They presented for extention the last time and they didn't make it past the first round (they only presented because they were eligible). Going off the vote from the last extention it will most likely be Phi Mu who gets invited back. And there won't be a new chapter until 2017 its always been 2017 and all chapters were told that.
