They would colonize immediately after Formal Recruitment 2017, I believe. So, like GPhi, they would have participate in a Meet the Chapters Round, and women who do not join houses during Formal will be eligible to join either new house. We would vote which sororities PHA invites to colonize here in October, so I don't think they would have enough time to strategize/prepare for Formal Recruitment 2016.
