With the news of APES Columbus getting shut down by their nationals for hazing, heard they are now going to lease the house to PiLam(top half) and Tep(bottom half). Obviously we all heard the news of KSig getting the rights to both sides of the ATO mansion so this would make sense for all parties involved. Could be huge for PiLam and Tep and could see them on the rise soon.
