It's less about judging based off looks and more about creating a better sisterhood. Hot girls vibe better with other hot girls. It's that simple. They look down upon girls who aren't as hot, even if they aren't intentionally doing it. It's a subconscious thing, ya know? The less attractive girls develop resentment towards the hotter girls, and the hotter girls develop resentment towards the not as attractive girls. Even if they don't realize it or say it out loud. I know this isn't a popular opinion, but in my experience, it tends to be true. Unfortunately, these resentments and contradictions (often unspoken) create tension in the sisterhood.
