Theta has a ton of attractive girls they just aren’t trendy so they get hated on easily in ranks for this. They don’t post half naked selfies and faces full of clown makeup. These girls will age 10 times better than any sorority mentioned and they could be trendy if they wanted but that’s not their sorority. Girls go there who are more mature and ladylike and mean girls and frat guys just are too stupid to look past that. They definitely are a top sorority.
