1) sigma - internals are fine, didn’t recruit as well but isn’t losing its spot 2) dke - former sammy, has good house, throws good parties, needs to hold out for rush instead of giving promise bids though 3) delt - would be top, but has so much crap going on with the university that they’re on thin ice. DJ is mid too 4) sae - internals are good, recruits well, but doesn’t have the “it” factor to make them the very best 5) apes - good recruitment, National support, needs better DJ though 6) pi kapp - good DJ, arguably best parties, recruitment has been better over the past two years, but needs another year before they’re in the conversation 7) phi psi - massive decline, still throws well considering they don’t have a house. But they need more numbers 8) ksig - still has decent parties but their recruitment has been very questionable this past year 9) ato - should be over Ksig and phi psi but once the seniors graduate and ato gets a new pc, they’ll be better. Recruitment is getting better 10) beta - recruitment has improved. Parties are still a bit boring but they just need a year or two 11) KDR - massive improvement in the span of time they’ve been here, they have decent guys, but their parties are comparatively boring 12) theta chi - all around nice guys. But that’s what they are - nice guys. Parties are still fun though 13) tke - hit the ground running with good parties in their first year back. Need better dudes who aren’t weird though 14) Fiji - arguably the best run frat on campus. But they need a better DJ 15) pi lam - also run very well. They’re not as concerned with being the best, they just do their own thing. Everyone else: probably ok but I don’t wanna write anymore
