The truth is Theta can’t get/keep girls. All (top) chapters have well over 150 girls from last rush and theta is the only one skating under barely hitting quota bc nobody wanted them. It’s different for frats because DKE and Sig Chi like to keep it barely at 100 but sororities are different. Rush better Theta.
