Why do off campus frats not last after being kicked off. Ex. Phi psi and k sig are almost dead within 2 years of being kicked off, phi delt immediately vanished, old tke never made a come back. Only frat that lived through being kicked off was old sammy and apes cuz they have nationals representation.
