Actually the top tier is Pi phi/APhi PBP is ranked higher because they have a longer consistent top tier status here and Nationally. APhi is hotter, not wifey material, but the target only looks everywhere now. Pi Phi is more fun out of the sack, smarter and classier. I really love Theta in middle-upper tier. Quirky, fun, mixed looks but Nationally better than AFree.
