East coast judgmental guy here and kinda agree. OSU is a great place to go to school and Columbus is overall prob the second or third coolest city in the Midwest, but that's not saying much cause the Midwest dosent have much to do overall. Non of the big three Ohio cities are very fun on the weekends, there aren't a lot of cool places to go, it's kinda rare for big time concerts or shows to come to town, and the culture is limited to say the least. Ohio certainly dosn't suck but compared to the east and west coasts there just isn't a lot to do and the only person that would disagree with that has lived here their whole life.
