Here is my take and you don't need to agree with me. Top Tier Pi Phi and DG - matter of preference Then Alpha Phi. Even though they are hot, a lot of PNMs are turned off by them. Top tier chapters cross pref with each other and also with all 5 of the mid tier chapters. Mid tier (sorry, KD is not top tier): In alphabetical order you have AGD, XO, DDD, KD and Theta. Girls will cross pref with all of them and it comes down to connections and personal preference. Some will say that one is always better than the other but what does "better" mean? -Two are known for their grades but all 5 push their members on grades. You will see the other 3 competing hard for the #3 spot academically, so is #3 bad? -Three of the 5 are very social. -All 5 have a mixed group of girls. -4 of the 5 have good philanthropies. -All of the 5 have very involved members. Bottom Tier: Best of the bottom tier is AXiD and AXO -- they are about the same in every way. Cross pref a lot. Honestly, I can't tell the difference between the two Gamma Phi - might be up with AXid and AXO after this recruitment.
