Cons: you can never rush and join a sorority again, no more fun activities, you will not hang out with your sisters after you quit, less connections Pros: being around people you do not want to be around, no dues I think you should give it a second semester. Everyone does not form bonds immediately with each other (it can take awhile for some people). Also, it does not look like you commit to something long term. If you really did try everything you could, then I would quit.
