This is obviously something you made up, but I just want to say that I highly doubt any football players will pledge any fraternity. I knew one of the players, and he barely had any free time between practices, classes, mandatory tutoring, weight lifting, eating, and sleeping. He had maybe a few free hours later in the evenings before he would crash. Pledging can be intense. The players likely wouldn't have the time or energy unless the fraternity went easy on them, which may alienate other pledge brothers.
