I think you should think about why you joined in the first place and what made you choose the sorority throughout the process. If it is from harassment, etc. then I can see why you would want to drop. I think some cons of dropping are networking and not always having something to do just as you did before while being in it. Some pros are always having someone to lean on (support system) and going out with your friends. If you feel left out, try going to events with them and see how it goes.
