Sig Chi: Same with SAE. Could be top tier, but pretty one dimensional. Pi Kapp: Very well rounded house. Full of out of staters, and very traditional. Great parties and nice guys. Middle Tier: Sigma Nu: Probably the house rising the fastest. With a tight knit house, great grades, and wins in mock rock and Sing last year, Sig Nu is a house to watch out for, solidly lifting themselves out of the bottom tier this last school year. FIJI: Really sweet guys who throw decent parties. ATO: Decent guys but in free fall and need a revive. Bottom Tier: DTD, Theta Chi, Pike, etc
