basically those are the average houses, chi o might be a little generous considering they put partying above most everything but they do have decent participation in other house's philanthropies. A Phi parties more than you seem to want, DG is stuck up so it won't be the genuine feeling you want, and Theta/G Phi don't party enough for you to get that experience. comment above had it pretty dead on.
