as someone who went through formal recruitment and befriended girls from each sorority, i'd just like to say that an org's reputation has nothing to do with how YOU see it! Obviously, you can't judge how "good" or "bad" an org is based on other's opinions and experiences. Go through recruitment with an open mind and don't shut yourself off and set your eyes on only one org, because most likely, you'll end up in a different place.
