Agree 100%! Being able to hold an engaging conversation is so important! Talk about your hobbies, interests, anything! And ask the member questions too! It shouldn't feel like she's interviewing you, it should be a fun conversation. Just be confident and be yourself and let the conversation flow. Another way to be remembered is to bond with the members you talk to over something, whether that's a sport you both play or a favorite band.
