Phi Delt: Phi Dry is same old same old. Parties have max 30 girls and constantly have to hide every single can of beer or its probation. Hard to attract the very desired rushees being a dry frat but none the less a good group of guys with a strong brotherhood. They threw some great parties at their off campus house this past year. Sigma- On hiatus on 2020 but the remnants are alive and well, throwing a great SPW block party and other off campus ragers. A bit off the beaten path, but still around and still active. BDS- I think I will end here.
