Many freshman will be skeptical about joining Sigma Chi since they are unaffiliated and cant do anything with sororities/school. Sigma Pi is obviously screwed, a few of their actives are being trailed for hazing (felony in california). PIKE isn't even worth mentioning. The real question is what is going to happen to Alpha Sig, Phi Delt, Kappa Sig, Phi Tau, and Sigma Nu?
