Phi Delt - Everyone know they are the dry house on campus which definitely hurts them from a rush standpoint. But with that being said, they are very involved on campus and have the 3rd highest GPA behind Snu and Delt. Their brotherhood is also very strong and one of the strongest on campus. They are usually stereotyped as the nerds and losers but there are some great guys in the house. When competing with everyone else they are usually viewed as irrelevant because of the social aspect. They are never really a threat to any house and usually pick of the leftovers from Delt. TKE - Yes they are kicked off campus but they are still underground. If TKE was still on campus, some Sig Chis and Phi Psis probably would have went TKE. Guys who usually don't make grades or have conduct issues that were rushed by Sig Chi and Phi Psi usually go TKE. They are irrelevant to Greek life but as seen at Anchorsplash, they always make appearances here and there. They will get another underground class this year and it will be interesting to see who has already been offered a bid.
