The top four - SNU, Delt, Sig Chi, Phi Psi (big drop off) Lambda Phi delt Honestly, as long as you end up in one of the top four houses, you'll have a blast with great guys and meet plenty of girls. SNu and delt are both pretty exclusive and generally disregard anybody except their own brothers and sorority girls. Sig Chi and Phi Psi are definitely the top party houses although phi psi has recently been going down since they keep losing guys to other houses. Lambda is an okay house with solid guys and are moving up based on their numbers in recent pledge classes but they're just average at everything and aren't really known for much. Things could change though if phi psi keeps slipping down... Phi delt will forever be the bottom house until they change their dry house policy.
