obvious ATO self-rank. No one at Tech past like 2005 other than ATOs think they are remotely close to a top chapter. if youre going purely on parties, then KS/Fiji need to be above Beta and SNU/KA should be above PDT. If you're going off of how cool the guys are, then drop KS/PDT/ATO, put SNU in middle top and Fiji/SX in top along with SAE/Beta/Pike.
