You are right when you said don't pay attention to GR but where you pointed people to look for ranks was even more lame. You want a school award to decide who is best? Funny how all 3 fraternities that are in the running or win it every year are usually substance free? Social life isn't everything and you are correct to point out community service and brotherhood when looking at ranks too but you can't completely disregard housing and house parties either.
