There is a huge gap after SN. The only thing keeping those frats relevant is the fact that they blanket-bid the scraps after the top places get their PCs. None of those places have had good PCs from a social life perspective for years. Their pull is nonexistent aside from using beach/cabin/formal trips to meet women. Their events are mostly lame and aside from SigEp, they don't have actual sorority relations.
