I can understands why you'd have SX that low after all of the suspect posts but in all honesty, I wouldn't not include them in row 2 especially if you have OX. Even if you don't want to move OX down, they're a great group that I can see then as row 2, at the very least add SX. Yeah they are shrinking, and yeah derby days aren't what they used to be, BUT their house is still top 5, their guys(while a smaller group) are still really chill, and their joints are solid. Having them row 3 isn't right imo.
